Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Hi

Favorite lifting shoe of Westside Barbell. Tested up to 450kg in squat. Flat sole transfers the load to muscles used in the lift (Glutes and hams). Soft material on the top allows lifter to push knees to the side on squats and sumo deadlifts.
